Alton Stephens

Alton "Al" Stephens, 77 of Ball Ground, GA passed away Saturday, September 12, 2020 at Northside Hospital Cherokee.

Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 15, 2020 from the Canton Funeral Home Chapel.  Interment will follow in Macedonia Memorial Park.  The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.

Alton love going fishing, loafering,he had a love for all types of animals but most of all Alton loved spending time with his family.

Alton was preceded in death by his parents, Walker and Ada Stephens; brother, Franklin D. Stephens.  He is survived by his wife, Brenda Stephens; children, Teresa Stephens, Alicia Frazier, Angela Stephens, Merry Lynn Mitchell, Jan Stephens; brothers, Ralph Stephens, Corbin Stephens, David Stephens, JW Stephens; sister, Hazel Caswell; grandchildren, Stephen Royal, Nikki Royal; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.

Due to COVID-19 facial coverings are suggested and crowd size is limited due to social distancing.
