Charlene S. Davis

November 16, 1982 — September 30, 2024

Marietta

At the age of 41 Charlene Shuta Davis gained her wings when she passed away peacefully at her home in Smyrna, GA on September 30, 2024. She was a Scorpio, born on November 16, 1982, in Bastrop, LA to Dianna and Emanuel Lee Davis. She was the first born of 3 daughters, her sisters Tiffany and Tieashia. She spent most of her life in Marietta, GA which was her stomping ground. She attended Marietta High School where she made many lifelong friends, and she was very proud to be a blue devil. She was an extremely hard worker, starting her first job at 12 years old and even becoming a manager at 16. She had many passions in life, one of which was breeding training dogs. She was very fond of animals, even having a boa snake at one point, she adored everything cheetah print, she had many outfits and would buy any type of decor she could find in cheetah print, as well as joking for years that she wanted a finger monkey, but dogs, specifically Pitbull’s, always had her heart. Another one of her passions was photography. She loved taking pictures, specifically of herself, but also her family or anything that caught her eye. From elementary to high school, she was in advanced classes. She has earned multiple certificates from several universities, demonstrating exceptional academic performance across all her classes. She attended dental assistant school as well as taking cyber security classes, which she loved because an exceedingly small precent of woman worked in that field and she wanted to be one of them, but her main occupation was accounting. She became a mother to her eldest daughter Jade in 2005 and her youngest daughter Juliana in 2009. She was an amazing mother, and she adored her girls, always going above and beyond to make them happy. There will never be enough words to describe the type of person Charlene was. She loved going on crazy quest and adventures that the normal human would never take part in, fear was not in her vocabulary. Although she did have a great fear of heights that did not stop her from going up mountains or riding roller coasters with her daughter Jade or even jumping off 100ft cliffs. One of her lifelong dreams was to go to Australia to see the crazy animals, her daughters always joked that she would be going by herself. She loved dressing up at any time of the year and going to parties with her many friends. On her final days she repeatedly said she was a woman of God, as she was reading the book of Genesis. She was full of so much life and she is definitely gone far too soon. She is survived by her beautiful daughters Jade and Juliana, Her gorgeous grandmother Emma, her lovely mother Dianna, Her stunning sisters Tiffany and Tieashia and many other friends and extended family.
