Cynthia Smith

Ms. Cynthia Crowe Smith 71 of Monticello, GA passed away Wednesday May 20th 2015 from an extended illness at Embracing Hospice, Forsyth.

Services will be held Saturday May 23rd 2:00pm in the Macedonia Memorial Park Funeral Home Chapel. Entombment will follow at Macedonia Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday from 6-9 PM. Rev Jason Parr will officiate.

Ms. Smith is preceded in death by her parents Douglas Crowe and Mary Frances Eaton.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law Donna and Terry Spriggs of Ball Ground. Son and daughter-in-law Brad and Crystal Smith of Ball Ground. Sister Janice Arnold and husband Mike of Monticello, GA. Grandchildren Dillon Spriggs, Hannah Smith, Paige Smith, Brandy Contereas, Terry Spriggs, Melissa Reed. Great-grand children Lily Contereas, Emily Contereas, Alex Contereas, Roen LaBean, Brittany Reed, Brent Padgett, Tyler Padgett, Sky Spriggs, Emelyn Spriggs, Nick Spriggs, Austin Spriggs, Summer Spriggs. Neice Stacy Anderson and great-niece Lyric Arnold.
