Derek Vernon

On October 14, 2015, the Lord came to take our beloved son Derek Andrew Vernon, age 26 to be with him in heaven.

Derek was living with a lot of physical and emotional pain, still he always thought of others first and wanted to help in any way he could. Praise the Lord, he is now pain free.

He is survived by his parents David and Lorrie Vernon, his sister Renee Vernon and his brother Tyler Vernon.  Also, surviving are his grandparents James(Jim) and Veneda Stokes.

Visitation to be held on Saturday October 17th from 3pm - 8pm at Macedonia Memorial Park Funeral Home.

Funeral services to be held on Sunday October 18th at 2:30pm at New Hope Church. 1836 Hickory Flat Highway, Canton, GA, 30115

Burial will follow funeral services and be in the Garden of Tranquility at Macedonia Memorial Park Cemetery.

Macedonia Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery is in charge of arrangements.
