Donald Thomas Vassel, 76 of Canton passed away on January 23, 2020 at Northside Cherokee Hospital. Donald spent his career as an engineer at Grenzebach Inc.

He was predeceased by his parents John and Matilda Vassel. He is survived by his wife Dolly Vassel, two daughters Deanna Lynn Vassel Burns and Rebecca Elizabeth Vassel Clark and one grandson Robert Nicholas Burns.

Final arrangements are still pending.
