Donna Christine Beers

Donna Christine Beers, 67, of Waleska, Ga passed away Friday, April 11, 2025.

Donna was born in Illinois, but after a move in the late 80’s she came to call North Georgia her home. She started dating Dave Beers when she was just 13 and he was 15. After graduating from the historic Glenbard West in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, Dave and Donna married shortly after on October 29, 1977. She loved Jesus, her husband Dave, her kids, and her grandkids more than anything else in life. Donna was a woman of many talents and abilities, but most people know her as a woman with incredible faith, a joyful spirit, and an ever-present smile. She was a saleswoman at heart. She won multiple awards with Avon and transferred her love of people and sales to Tupperware for the last decade. It was a job, but also a hobby, and a place where she enjoyed her friends.

Donna was serious about serving the Lord with her gift of singing and her passion to share the gospel. She was always open to sharing her love for Jesus with anyone. Her love for Christ was only rivaled with her love for her family – especially the grand kids. She loved the church and served faithfully wherever God had planted her.

Donna is survived by her husband Dave, her sons Matthew, Michael, and their wives, her sister Pam, and her brother Steven. Her legacy is secured by 6 amazing grandchildren: Caroline, Brooklyn, Riley, Charlotte, Nolan, and Amelia.

Her celebration of Life will begin with visitation on Wednesday, 4/16 at Canton Funeral Home; 10655 East Cherokee Drive; from Noon-2:00pm with a service to follow in the chapel at 2:00pm,
