Judith Ann Kojetin closed the last chapter of her life August 9, 2023, at WellStar Kennestone Regional Medical Center. She was 77 years old.

Born July 20, 1946, in San Diego California to Richard and Dorothy Haas. Judy moved to Billings when she was about 6 months old and then later on in her childhood moved to Great Falls.  In 1964 she graduated from Great Falls high school, and went on to attend Arizona State University where she polished up her linguistic skills. While at ASU, she met and married Alfredo Salas for a brief time. They had a son Richard in 1966.

In 1969, she moved back to Great Falls Montana and then in 1975 she met and married Ron Kojetin. They had two sons, Travis (1976) and Marshall (1978). In 1978, Ron took a new Job outside of San Francisco California, and the family took up residence in Burlingame California. Judy worked most of her time for Koning and Associates as a secretary/transcriptionist/translator until her retirement in 2004. After Ron retired from Orowheat Bakery in 2008, Ron and Judy moved to Powder springs Ga in 2010 to be closer to their grandchildren Mackenzi, Brock, and McKayla Salas. No matter where Judy moved, there was always a good book, a cat nearby and a nice cup of hot English tea.

Judy is preceded in death by her parents Richard and Dorothy Haas, and her husband Ron Kojetin. She is survived by her younger sister Carolee Nisbet (Bob, Andy), her three sons, three grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday August 16, 2023 at 2:00pm preceded by a family and friends gathering at 1:00pm, all Canton Funeral Home.
