On Tuesday, December 29, 2020, Mark Levin, loving husband and father of three daughters, passed away at the age of 73.
Mark was born on May 16, 1947, in Chicago, IL, to Wallace (Bud) and Eudyce (Eudy). He was raised in Surfside, FL, and went to the University of Oklahoma where he earned his bachelor's degree in journalism in 1969. He enjoyed a long career in the wine business for over 40 years.
On August 20, 1999, he married Cecile Lecoq, and together they raised two daughters, Rebeca and Sara. Mark enjoyed swimming, college football (especially Oklahoma!), and, most of all, having friends and family over for dinner and wine.
He is preceded in death by his father Bud and his mother Eudy. He is survived by his wife Cecile, his three daughters, Rebeca, Sara, and Michele, his sister Nancy, his brother Paul, and several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 3, 2021, at Canton Funeral Home and Cemetery at Macedonia Memorial Park at 11:00 a.m. followed by a short graveside service in their cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, Mark’s wishes were that memorial contributions be made to the Weizmann Institute of Science in support of the W. Levin Memorial Master's Scholarship.
