Mildred Simeone

After a long and full life, Millie decided to take a long and restful sleep. She had an amazing weekend with her Cousin/Brother Gary Wenger and Gary's Son Marc and Daughter-in-Law Sheila who also brought along their daughter Caroline for a 4 day visit from Millie's home state of New York. Marc and Sheila also have 2 other Children; Cal and Tim who thought the world of Millie.

Millie was Born May 16 1932 to Ukranian and Italian Parents; Helen and Anthony. She was Orphaned at a young age and spent most of her time with her Grandmother Anna ‘Baba’ Tabolen and her husband Zenov on the lower east side of New York City. She was also fortunate enough to be co-raised by her Aunt Pelegia (Betty) Wenger and the Patriarch Of the family Mike(Pamp, Dadio) Wenger who also had a Daughter Helene in Long Island NY. She and Millie were more like Sisters than Cousins. The two spent MANY vacations together and later in life became roommates in Canton, Georgia until Helene's death.

 She was preceded in rest by her second husband Alex ‘Pal’ Karabeika (she had one Step Son, Glen and 3 Step Daughters; Regina, Gale and Annette, along with 5 Step Grandchildren)I know they loved her and welcomed her into their family. Millie also had a  first husband Walter,  with whom she had a son, Dennis (who loved her to the very end more than she ever knew). She also had a Daughter in Law, Shirley Puckett who was always amazing to her (in spite of Dennis!). Millie spent most of her professional life at ATand T from where she retired. She had many Co Worker friends and even more outside of work.

We will all miss her every day, Especially me. Its already too quiet around here. With Love, Dennis
