Minnie Lillian Seremak, born August 20, 1922 in Greeneville, KY, passed away peacefully in her sleep with her beloved dog Maggie by her side on January 17, 2018 at her home in Roswell, Georgia. She married her beloved husband Mitchell A. Seremak in 1954 and enjoyed 62 years of marriage until his recent passing on May 31st of 2017. Lillian, her name of choice, was devoted to her husband and relocated with him several times but spent the majority of her years in Columbus, Ohio and Roswell, Georgia. She enjoyed a very successful real estate career only to become the top agent in her Roswell Coldwell Banker office for several years and was awarded the Phoenix Award for 10 years in the Million Dollar Club. She was passionate about helping people find their forever homes, loved traveling with her husband on his business trips, and was never without her canine companion, Maggie.
She is survived by her daughter, Colleen Caverly of Tuscon, AZ, her adopted son, Mitchell Seremak of Sandy Springs, GA, her 4 granddaughters, 10 great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren located across the United States. She also leaves behind many many friends.
She will be laid to rest on Tuesday, January 23rd at the Georgia National Cemetery with her husband. Visitation Services will be from 10a to 11:30a at the Canton Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the St. Judes Society.
