Nancy Roe

Nancy Joan Roe, 80 entered into eternal peace Sunday, September 18, 2016 at her residence in Ball Ground, GA.

Nancy was born on 1936, daughter of George MacKay and Jesse Marion Dixon Ray of Windsor, Ontario Canada. Nancy married Murray Dickson Roe in April 1960. Nancy was a very kind and gentle soul; she had a loving and generous heart, and was always giving to others.

Nancy is preceded in death by her two brothers Tom and Ronnie Ray.

Nancy is survived by her son, James McDowell of Washington State; son and daughter in law Cameron and Denise Roe of Cumming, GA; son and daughter in law Jeffrey and Sandi Roe of Ball Ground, GA; four grandchildren Travis, Taylor, Lindsay and Camden Roe; sister in law Cathy Ray of Toronto Canada and multiple nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday evening at 6:00pm at the Macedonia Funeral Home, 10655 E. Cherokee Dr. Canton, GA. Visitation is from 5:00 – 6:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Northside Forsyth Hospital Volunteer Group 1200 Northside Forsyth Dr. Cumming, Ga 30041.
