Rhonda Tanner

Rhonda R. Tanner, 63, of Smyrna passed away Saturday March 19, 2016 from an extended illness.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, March 21, 2016 at 3 pm in the chapel of Canton Funeral Home and Cemetery at Macedonia Memorial Park.

Visitation will be held an hour prior to the service on Monday.  Rev. Phil Miller will officiate.

Ms. Tanner was born August 4th 1952 to the late Baskel Luther Bowen and Birdie Davis Bowen. Ms. Tanner was also preceded in death by her daughter Tara.

Ms. Tanner was retired from the Atlanta Journal and Constitution and attended First Baptist Church of Smyrna.

Survivors include her daughter, Nicole Tanner. Brothers Roger Bowen and Larry Bowen.
